Jason has a huge passion for communication and for helping other leaders. He also loves to tell stories, make people laugh and dreams of being a comedian someday.
CAITLYN NEEL
Cofounder + Coach
Caitlyn is a certified life coach, published author, videographer of feature films, and speaker to audiences of all ages across the country. She likes to listen to comedians.
ZACH RAITZ
Multimedia Designer
Zach is one of the hardest working young adults you will ever meet. He's super creative and that's probably because he loves coffee. He loves it so much he even has a coffee tattoo. We don't know if he wants to be a comedian.

Jason is a life long student of healthy communication. Whether it's one on one, on a team, from a stage or behind a camera, he believes passionately that every leader should invest great time and resources in becoming a healthy communicator. Many leaders communicate, but few communicate in healthy ways. That’s why he started Speak with People. To coach and train leaders how to elevate the importance of healthy communication in their leadership. Jason started speaking on stages when he was 11 years old and has blessed to speak from 500+ stages over the last 25 years. He’s been married to Tracie since 1997 and together they have 5 children.
