If you want to win in your relationships, the truth of it is, you have to value healthy communication. You can communicate all you want, but if it's not healthy, you will not win in your relationships or truly communicate. You will think you are communicating, but if it doesn't come from a healthy place, you are just throwing out words. That's why you may need to go back to the basics of communication. Especially when you're communicating over text messages, emails or face to face over coffee. There are some basics that will make an exponential difference in your communications.
